Sur Eterno
The place where it all began.
A collector's silk scarf inspired by the landscapes, biodiversity, and enduring beauty of Pedernales—the destination that inspired the first chapter of This Side Up.
Pedernales was the first place I chose to illustrate on a scarf.
Long before This Side Up became a collection of scarves inspired by extraordinary places, there was Pedernales.
Its lagoons, salt flats, flamingos, dry forests, hidden beaches, and untouched landscapes became the foundation of a creative journey that continues today.
Sur Eterno returns to that origin. Not as a reproduction of a place, but as a celebration of the region that inspired everything that followed.
A landscape worth remembering.

A radial composition of the South.
At the heart of Sur Eterno lies a radial composition inspired by the natural rhythms of the Dominican Southwest.
Its kaleidoscopic structure transforms fragments of Pedernales into an intricate visual landscape where coastlines, vegetation, wildlife, textures, and colors merge into a single composition.
Every detail reflects the biodiversity and unique character of one of the Caribbean's most extraordinary regions.
Patience, precision,
and craftsmanship.
Each scarf is produced in luxurious 14-momme Silk Twill and finished with hand-rolled edges—a traditional technique that requires patience, precision, and craftsmanship.
The design is printed on both sides, allowing the scarf to maintain its beauty and visual depth from every angle. Created to be worn, collected, and preserved for years to come.
